DealerBox was successfully implemented in Škoda

ŠKODA official importer and distributor head office – ŠKODA Center Sofia was opened in 2002. The development plans of the company continue in the direction of expansion and renewal of the trade-service network in the country and increasing the capacity of customer service. This is one of the reasons ŠKODA Bulgaria team decided on a new platform for business process management. They needed a unified single IT solution to embed all their systems and streamline activities in all departments. ŠKODA implemented DealerBox modules Vehicle Sales, F&I and After-sales management. The Sales app delivers a deep insight into the whole sales process and optimizes the sales cycle within the company. The F&I module was implemented to cover the extended portfolio of financing and insurance services and related extras. DealerBox F&I helps ŠKODA employees create offers and contracts, get notifications on due payments, support various insurance options and many more. DealerBox After-sales helps ŠKODA be more efficient in their service operations and deliver better customer experience.
