DealerBox was successfully implemented in AVIS

AVIS is one of the leading rental car providers. Founded in 1946, today AVIS serves travelers all over the world with 2900 offices in 109 countries.

AVIS branch in Bulgaria was established in 1991. Since then, the company has been among the leaders on the local market, offering cars from famous car brands, trying to deliver optimum customer experience. In recent years, due to the massive increasing of the customer base, AVIS decided on a new, unified platform for corporate management – DealerBox. AVIS implemented DealerBox rent-a-car module to manage all price lists, offers, orders and contracts. The solution keeps data on each customer and it’s renting history and also provides AVIS with a calendar where agents can see the rental schedule for all vehicles. DealerBox Financing & Insurance module was also implemented to cover the other business line, regarding financing and insurance services. With DealerBox F&I, AVIS can easily create offers and contracts, get notifications on due payments, support various insurance options, get detailed reports on various indicators, and many more.
